Terms of service

1. What we provide

NBS rebuilds an existing trade-business website into a modern one and, if you choose to go live, hosts it on your own domain. The service includes hosting, SSL, backups and content updates carried out by us on your request.

We build your site before you pay anything. You only enter a paid subscription if you decide to put the rebuilt site live on your domain.

2. Price and billing

The subscription is €29 per month, VAT included. There is no setup fee. Billing is annual, one year at a time, and starts only when your site goes live on your domain.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the year you have paid for, and then stops. We don't run retention calls and there is no exit fee.

If you cancel during the free period, you never pay anything.

4. Your domain and content

Your domain stays registered to you at all times. Your content (text and images) is yours. If you leave, your domain and content go with you, and we will hand over your text and images on request.

5. Content and your responsibility

We generate your new site using AI from your existing content: your services, prices, contact details and images. We don't invent facts about your business. If something is on your site, it came from you or from a public source you pointed us to.

To make your new site more compelling, we may also add royalty-free stock images. If you'd prefer we don't use any stock images, just let us know and we'll leave them out.

You are responsible for the content of your site. Before it goes live, and whenever it changes, you must review the content, check it is correct and up to date, and request any changes you need. You are responsible for having the right to use the content and images you ask us to publish, and for the accuracy of the prices, claims and information shown on your site.

6. What we don't promise

We build a fast site with clean structure and markup that Google and AI search can read, and we preserve your existing page addresses. We do not and cannot promise specific search rankings. Anyone who promises you a #1 ranking is not being honest.

7. Availability

We aim to keep your site online and fast. From time to time the service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Helsinki, Finland. As a consumer you may also have rights under mandatory consumer-protection law that these terms do not limit.
